The Foundation’s Crabfest is coming soon. Tickets available at OnPoint Gym (Tawnya Torgl). I just dropped off my annual donation for the auction: an estate plan.

Who knew it would be so popular…but if you buy a ticket to Crabfest (September 19th!) you can bid on an Estate Plan.

The hospital foundation is 100% volunteer ran, 501c3 organization. We raise money for scholarships and for extra services and supports for the hospital’s Skilled Nursing unit (think activities and extras for the patients), specialized equipment, and little things like stuffed animals for our child hospital patients through Cassie’s Kids. It’s little things that make a hospital stay better!

The mission of Kern Valley Hospital Foundation is to provide financial support to the Kern Valley Hospital by funding and supporting programs that will have a positive impact on patients and our community
