September 2026 Lake Havasu City Market Report 🏡

A few month-over-month notes from August to September: Residential closings were slightly up, while average sales prices softened in both total residential properties and single family homes.

Vacant lot activity also picked up, with more lots closing in September than August, though average lot pricing came in lower and days on market increased.

As always, these numbers are a helpful snapshot of our local market, but every property, price range, and neighborhood can tell a different story.
