Our firm is a Corporate, Tax and Estate Planning law firm located in Laguna Hills and we have an immediate need for an experienced Corporate Paralegal/Legal Assistant willing to cross train with our estate planning staff. Candidates for this position must be proficient in MS Word, managing deadlines, and scheduling appointments and be professional but personable with our clients. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of law firm experience in forming and maintaining corporations, partnerships and LLCs. The firm offers competitive wages, a discretionary year-end bonus, profit sharing plan participation opportunity, and health insurance, as well as convenient South County location.
