Ladera Ranch Market Update - March 2025

The market is starting to heat up as we approach spring with the ‘Average Days on Market’ decreasing to around 35 days (the timeframe in which a house is actively listed to when a seller accepts an offer) and the ‘Average Sales Price’ beginning to increase.

There is a total of 26 houses currently for sale in all of Ladera Ranch and another 24 under contract and in escrow set to close in the near future. With only 10 houses closing last month our inventory remains low and the main reason we will see prices continue to remain strong.
