MYTH.
And it’s one of the most common reasons people don’t pursue a claim they actually have.

Here’s the truth: repeated repair attempts don’t disqualify you, they build your case. Lemon law exists specifically for situations where the dealership tried to fix something and it kept coming back. Each visit is documented proof of the problem.
