Maybe you don’t have it all figured out yet… and maybe you don’t need to. 🥹🏡

Sometimes the dream starts with something as simple as walking through the door and thinking, wait… I could actually see myself here.

A place that’s yours. A space to grow into. A home for all the little moments you haven’t even lived yet. 🤍

Your “one day” could be closer than you think. ✨

The Oceanside 3 is what happens when the details just keep getting better. 😮‍💨🏡✨

3 beds | 2 baths | 1,800 sq. ft. — and there’s SO much to love.

🤎 Statement bedroom accent wall
👗 Large primary closet
🔥 Marble-tile electric fireplace
✨ Quartz countertops
🍽️ Oversized kitchen island
🙌 Soft-close cabinets
🏡 8.5-ft ceilings + crown molding
🚿 72” tiled walk-in shower with shower tower
🪞 LED mirrors
📱 Invisible wireless charging station
🪵 Wood shelving + blinds
✨ Drywall throughout
🏠 Upgraded LP cement lap siding
🍽️ Garbage disposal

The open layout makes it feel even bigger, while all those upgraded finishes give it that polished, elevated feel without sacrificing everyday comfort.

Basically, the Oceanside 3 said you can have the space AND the pretty details. 🤌🔑
