SEEKING LEGAL ASSISTANT/PARALEGAL FOR A HIGH-VOLUME COLLECTION LAW FIRM. We are seeking a qualified individual who can assist our lawyers with the daily tasks of drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence and calculating payoffs through Microsoft Excel for a high-volume collection law practice. We are seeking an individual who can work well with others and interact with clients in person, by phone and email. Individuals must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. We are offering a competitive wage based on job experience along with retirement benefits, paid time off and potential for year-end bonuses depending on individuals work performance. Three (3) years of experience in the legal or finance field is preferred but not required.
