Compartiendo las buenas noticias, nuestra cliente nos contrató para obtener una certificación de visa U por haber sido víctima de stalking. Una vez obtenida la certificación, la abogada presentó el caso de visa U en diciembre 20, 2024. Felizmente el 28 de marzo recibimos la determinación de buena fe que protege al cliente de deportación y su permiso de trabajo. Sharing good news! Attorney Florencia was able to obtain a u visa certification from the chief of police and we filed for U visa nonimmigrant status on December 20, 2024. On March 28, 2026 we received our client bona fide determination letter that protects her from deportation and also her employment authorization document to work legally for 4 years.
