We’re excited to share that today’s Staff Spotlight is on our Assistant Escrow Officer, Rachel Dupuis:
Rachel began her career in the title industry in 2019 in what was originally a temporary position, filling in while a coworker was on maternity leave. What started as a short-term opportunity quickly turned into a long-term role when she was asked to stay — and she’s been a valued part of the team ever since!
Her favorite parts of the job are the flexibility it provides and the sense of accomplishment she feels when a file successfully closes. She takes pride in seeing each transaction through to the finish line, and contributing to a smooth, successful process for clients.
A self-proclaimed night owl and proud mom of two, Rachel loves spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, and enjoying quiet evenings relaxing at home with her husband. Her coworkers describe her as easy-going, patient, dependable, hard-working, and down-to-earth.
We’re so grateful for the consistency, kindness, and positive energy she brings to our team each day!

We're so excited to share that today's Staff Spotlight is on our Assistant Escrow Officer, Kelsey Watson!
Kelsey is a graduate of ULL, with a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology. She likes to joke that her path into the real estate title world was written by fate or destiny – however it happened, we’re sure glad it did! Kelsey’s unexpected career move evolved into a role where she truly shines; her coworkers describe her as vibrant, cheerful, dedicated, thoughtful, and a great plant mom.
If she weren’t in the title industry, she might be working in computer science, possibly in robotics — a field that has always sparked her interest. In the office, she’s known for resolving IT concerns before they ever escalate and for serving as an unofficial cheerleader and steady source of encouragement for the team.
Outside of work, she loves playing with her dog, diving into video games, and spending time crocheting or embroidering. A devoted book lover, gamer, and Halloween enthusiast, she recently returned from a trip to Ireland - and we're so happy she decided to come back!
We’re grateful for the positivity, initiative, and team spirit Kelsey brings to the office each day!

We're so excited to kick off a new social media series - shining a spotlight on the team that makes the magic happen every day at Reliant. Follow along every week to get to know our incredible, irreplaceable staff!

Our first Staff Spotlight is on our Senior Escrow Officer and Notary Public, Lynzy Cho:
Lynzy’s journey into the real estate title industry began in August 2002, while enrolled in the nursing program at UL. She was offered an entry-level position at a new title company, and after falling in love with the fast-paced, meticulous nature of her new role, she realized nursing wasn’t her future. She ultimately earned her degree in finance and has been thriving in our industry ever since!
Lynzy says her favorite part of the job is helping people—she is constantly going above and beyond to make sure her clients are well-informed and taken care of—and she is an expert at navigating challenging situations. She’s known for her openness and her ability to handle tough situations with grace, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching cooking shows, spending time with her kids, taking trips to the beach, and exploring new destinations – her ultimate dream destination is to take her kids to South Korea one day to connect with family and immerse them in the culture there.
We’re so grateful for the dedication, knowledge, and balance she brings to our team each day!

Another Gumbo Cookoff is in the books, and 2025 might be our favorite one yet! Our team and their families had a fantastic time enjoying the weather, the gumbo, and the 90’s nostalgia 🛼💿📸 We asked our magic 🎱 ball if anyone left hungry, and it said “very doubtful” — so the day was a success!
