Hello, my name is Marcus Trahan, and I have deep roots in Youngsville. Both my wife and I were born and raised in this area, and we take great pride in raising our three sons here in Acadiana. This house came to me through Facebook! Heather Duhon tagged me in the post, so first off, thank you Heather for connecting us!

I met with the couple the very next day and made them an offer that same day.

They had inherited the house from his parents, but unfortunately it needed too much work to put on the market. The roof had been leaking, which caused mold and termite damage, and they really just wanted to be done with the property without having to put a bunch of money into repairs.

We were able to come to an agreement and buy the house for cash in less than a week.

I really enjoyed getting to know Doug and Anne Womack through the process of purchasing their house.

After visiting our website and reading our reviews, Miss Anne gave me a call about a rental property they had owned for many years. Unfortunately, the last tenants left the house in pretty rough shape, and they were ready to consider selling it.

Doug and Anne did not want to rush through the selling process. This house held a lot of sentimental value for them, and they needed some time. I’m grateful we were able to give them that time and let the process move at a pace they were comfortable with.

Today was closing day, and while we were sitting together at the closing table, we got to visit and get to know each other even more. We ended the day with this picture of the three of us.

This is one of my favorite parts of what I do! We go into every deal with the understanding that each house has its own memories and stories tied to it, and we take that very seriously!

I love getting the opportunity to help people like Doug and Anne. ❤️
