SOLD 🎉

424 Continental Street in Forked River officially closed at $760,000 after strategically hitting the market at $429,000… proof that pricing, preparation, and the right strategy still matter.

From a packed open house to multiple strong offers, the response to this home was incredible and a great example of what can happen when a property is positioned correctly from day one.

But honestly, what means the most to me about this one is the relationship behind it. This was the FOURTH transaction I’ve had the privilege of helping this seller through over the years, and that kind of trust is something I never take lightly.

Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, timing, major life moments, and guiding people through each chapter along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for the continued trust and excited for what’s ahead next. 🤝

CLOSED 🎉

7 Woodstock Lane in the Leisure Knoll section of Manchester Township is officially closed.

What makes this one memorable for me is how quickly things can change when you really listen to your buyers.

These buyers were referred to me from North Jersey and came down convinced they wanted to be in Whiting. We had a full day of showings lined up based on the criteria they originally gave me, but by the fourth house, I could tell something felt off. The excitement just wasn’t there.

As we were getting ready to wrap up for the day, I asked if they’d trust me enough to see two more homes in Leisure Knoll based on what I felt they were truly looking for in a community and lifestyle.

That changed everything.

They immediately connected with the area, fell in love with the home, and after some negotiating, we were able to secure what will be their next forever home.

Moments like this are why local knowledge matters. Sometimes the right fit isn’t what buyers originally think they want, and being able to adjust in real time can completely change the outcome of the search.

I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me through the process and couldn’t be happier for them as they start this next chapter. 🤝
