To the person responsible for my nomination in The Valley Times-News's "Best of Chambers County 2022" competition:

I received an email earlier today that mentioned seeing my name in the newspaper as a nominee for the contest. I was certain it was some mistake. Turns out I was mistaken - along with Jake Key, Skip McCoy, and Susan Harmon, I have been nominated for selection as the Best Lawyer in Chambers County. Well I had to run outside before my swelling head hit the celing fan. There is little in this world more gratifying than being recognized and appreciated by members of my community. I wish I could look you in the eye, shake your hand, hug your neck, and say how immensely humbled I am by you.
