Let’s clear the smoke real quick: a “bounty hunter” isn’t a TV character. In real life, fugitive recovery is professional, regulated, and tied directly to court accountability. When someone takes a deal to get out of custody and then fails to appear, the system either enforces it… or it collapses into “optional court.”

That’s where we come in.

Support isn’t arguing—it’s keeping them organized and accountable.

Best ways to help:
• ✅ Confirm their court dates (don’t assume)
• ✅ Make sure they’re reachable (phone on, voicemail working)
• ✅ Remind them about check-ins
• ✅ Keep them away from people/places that cause problems
• ✅ If something goes wrong, address it immediately—don’t wait

Waiting and hoping is how warrants happen.

Thinking about co-signing a bail bond? Read this first.

Co-signing isn’t just “helping out.” You’re accepting real responsibility if the defendant doesn’t follow the rules.

Before you co-sign, you should know:
• 📌 Their court dates
• 📌 Where they’re staying
• 📌 Their routine (work, hangouts, who they’re around)
• 📌 Any other cases/warrants
• 📌 Whether they’re the type to show up and follow directions

If you can’t stay in contact with them consistently, think twice.
