Nobody really prepares you for this part of life.

One day the house that felt too small suddenly feels… quiet.

Our boys have grown up and moved into their next chapters, and while one still technically has a room full of stuff here 😂 he’s almost never home anymore.

And now Eric and I are sitting here realizing…

We might officially be empty nesters.

It’s exciting.
A little weird.
A little emotional.
And honestly… a whole new chapter.

As a realtor I help people through transitions all the time — upsizing, downsizing, moving closer to family, changing lifestyles…
