And just like that, I have another high schooler.

This one hit me a little differently. My oldest graduated from high school two years ago, and now I know firsthand just how incredibly fast these next four years will go. It feels like yesterday I was watching him start this same chapter, and now here we are beginning it all over again.

I’ve been sitting with this truth lately: we’re often our own toughest critics. Life moves fast, the to‑do list never ends, and that little voice in my head loves to pretend I’m falling behind.

But when I look at the bigger arc of my life, the story shifts. I remember the grind — pushing through seasons that felt heavier than they looked from the outside, building a life brick by brick with no shortcuts.

And suddenly, the narrative becomes pride instead of pressure.

Because that girl who started with nothing but drive? She grew into a woman who wears many hats — mom, business owner, investor, creator of homes and long‑term stability.

And even on the days that stretch me thin, gratitude sits right beside the exhaustion.

To every mom balancing ambition and love, work and home, dreams and reality — I see you. I’m rooting for you. The load is real, but so is the meaning. And the payoff is worth every step.

The last few years have been some of the most challenging of my life.

Between navigating major life changes, showing up for my kids, and continuing to run my business, there were seasons where being present here just wasn’t possible.

Our family experienced a loss, and it’s shifted a lot for me personally and professionally.

What I do know is this:
I’ve never been more clear on what matters, more grounded in how I show up, or more committed to the people I serve.

I’m stepping back into this space with intention grateful for the perspective, and ready for what’s ahead.
