Get a jump start on selling your home this Spring. Usually buyers start searching for homes in April, but now its happening in January. Research shows that January 2019 was only 1% behind February for most monthly views per listing.
Why is this? There are fewer home on the market in Winter and that supply naturally increases as Spring emerges and buyers come out of their hibernation looking for their new home. However the spring shopping season is happening earlier..
The earlier you get started the better strategy helps to get ahead of the market. Sell when there is less inventory for sale and more buyers in the market.
