I came to Ms. Raddatz with a complicated divorce involving domestic violence. She was very knowledgeable and confident in taking up my case. She is keenly aware of many nuances in a complicated case, since Ms. Raddatz works exclusively in family law.. Her work ethics are impeccable, she is quick to respond and always on time for court. A fixed fee agreement eliminated the nickel and diming and I did not have to worry about every interraction with my attorney. We have had very good results as well. I love Ms. Raddatz' statement: "Remember that it is the Lawyer who: Punishes the wicked, Protects the innocent, Raises up the lowly, Opposes brutality and injustice, Seeks equality of humanity regardless of color, cast, s*x or religion, Leads in every cause, and Seeks the best in everything." She has proven to conduct her practice in such a way to live up to her promise.

Attorney Peggy Raddatz is a first-class family law attorney. I recommend her services unreservedly. To substantiate my recommendation, I will share three points from my experience in working with Ms. Raddatz. First, as noted by numerous other reviewers, Ms. Raddatz is very responsive. Even when she is unable to turn her attention immediately to my questions, she responds that she has noted my question and that she will turn to it at her earliest opportunity. Second, Ms. Raddatz is direct, honest, and frank with her clients. While it can be difficult to learn and accept the harsh realities of family courts, it is better to understand the facts of the case and what can be done to work towards the best outcome for one's children. Ms. Raddatz always explains what is realistic, what is sensible, and what is out of the question. This knowledge and expertise are indispensable. Third, Ms. Raddatz endeavors to achieve an 'Agreed Order' for her clients. This means working with the opposing counsel to negotiate an order to which both parties agree, and the Judge simply signs off on that order. This avenue is much more beneficial than showing up to court without having done the due diligence of working towards a solution. Judges generally look favorably upon parties that do the hard work of reaching an agreement prior to court. In addition, Ms. Raddatz's paralegal, Ginger, has been immensely helpful in assisting with various administrative matters for my case. If and when additional issues arise that require a family law attorney, I rest assured knowing that I can work with Ms. Raddatz to resolve these issues expeditiously and effectively.

Peggy has been incredible during my divorce process. Her no-nonsense and direct approach has helped keep the whole process focused and timely.
