There’s something extra special about buying your first home, and today Tim & Cameron officially get to call this one theirs!

Today marks 2 years in real estate!

Two years of helping incredible people buy and sell homes, achieve their goals, and begin exciting new chapters in their lives.

This career has become so much more than real estate to me. It’s about building lasting relationships, earning people’s trust, and having the privilege of walking alongside families during some of life’s biggest milestones. From first-time homebuyers and growing families to downsizers, investors, and commercial clients, every transaction has a story, and I’m truly grateful to have been a part of so many.

To my clients, family, friends, colleagues, and everyone who has supported me along the way, thank you. Your trust, referrals, encouragement, and belief in me have made these last two years incredibly rewarding. I feel truly blessed to do what I love every day, and I never take that for granted.

One of the greatest compliments I can receive isn’t just helping someone buy or sell a home, it’s hearing that they felt supported every step of the way.

When I worked with Austin & Makenzie on the purchase of their first home in Rochester, the goal was never to simply find a house. It was to find the right house.

They had spent months learning the market before jumping in, and when the right opportunity came along, we were ready. Even in a competitive situation, we moved quickly, put together a strong strategy, and their very first offer became the one that got accepted.

I recently had the privilege of helping the Peters family sell their home in Onalaska and begin an exciting new chapter in Holmen.

Like many homeowners, they found themselves asking a question that’s becoming more and more common: Do we invest in updating our current home, or is it time to find one that better fits where our family is today?

After nearly nine years in their Onalaska home, we explored both options. We toured a handful of properties, weighed the pros and cons, and ultimately realized that making a move, not remodeling, was the best path forward.

When they found this beautiful newer home in Holmen, everything just made sense. A more functional floor plan, less maintenance, a wonderful neighborhood, and a home that fit their family’s needs without the need for major projects made the decision an easy one.

Of course, buying and selling at the same time comes with its own challenges. The biggest hurdle was coordinating the timing of both transactions and making the move as stress free as possible. We were able to negotiate pre-occupancy on their new home, giving them extra time to move in before closing on the sale of their Onalaska home. That small detail made a big difference and allowed them to focus on enjoying the excitement of this next chapter.

Their Onalaska home received multiple offers and sold for over asking price, making for an incredible ending to one chapter while opening the door to another.

Moments like these are why I love what I do. It’s never just about buying or selling a house, it’s about helping families navigate big decisions with confidence and creating a plan that makes the entire transition as smooth as possible.
