Nickelatti Real Estate is growing and looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Shows up every day ready to work
✔ Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
✔ Is coachable and accountable
✔ Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Wants to grow with a local family-owned company
This role is ideal for someone with a “jack of all trades” skillset and experience in:
🔧 General maintenance
🔨 Repairs/remodeling
💡 Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge
🏠 Residential or commercial property maintenance
What you’ll do:
• Complete maintenance work orders
• Help maintain quality housing for residents
• Keep detailed records and stay organized
• Represent our company professionally in residents’ homes
• Work alongside a growing team that values quality and integrity
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Experience preferred, but attitude matters most
