What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
✔️ Preparing medical and special damage summaries
✔️ Managing pleadings and discovery indexes
✔️ Organizing exhibits, evidence, briefs, and trial materials
✔️ Assisting with discovery, interrogatories, and information gathering
✔️ Communicating with clients, witnesses, experts, and third parties
✔️ Supporting case settlements and resolutions
