𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟓 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫:

1) Set Specific Summer Schedules & Deadlines: Avoid vague wording like "two weeks." Define exact start and end dates/times for each parent's vacation time.
Action: Set a deadline (e.g., April 1st or May 1st) for each parent to notify the other of their chosen vacation weeks.

2) Detailed Travel Plans:The plan should include a written notice of travel, including flight numbers, hotel addresses, and contact phone numbers for where the child will be staying. Even amicable co parents will need the information in the event of an emergency.

3) Communication Guidelines During Travel: Define how the non-traveling parent will contact the child, including phone call times, video chats, and whether daily check-ins are available.
