Movin’ on 🆙

This super cool couple just made the migration from Clarksville to Knoxville after Hunter retired from the military. We met on a Facebook group when Camryn asked for help from a Knoxville Realtor. My GIF comment of a pig wearing a fedora and sunglasses complete with waggling eyebrows stood out amongst the AI generated business cards. She sent me a message and we hopped on a call 🤙

After coaching them on how to rent their Clarksville home and providing them a lease agreement, we found them a beautiful new construction home in Maynardville with a mountain view and big backyard within budget. And we closed yesterday! Special thanks to Stewart Title for traveling to Camryn‘s office to close them since she is busy helping kiddos in our school systems.

They are very excited to be in the area! And we are excited to have them! Hunter is originally from here and Clarksville traffic is apparently worse than ours! 🤯 Hunter is home after serving our country and Camryn is now here serving the kids in our community.

The jump 🏡➡️🏡

Anyone that’s jumped from home-to-home on the same day you close both deals knows its an incredibly hectic and anxiety-filled time 😵‍💫 Trying to get to the finish line, especially the few days before you close, is fueled by knowing what is waiting on the other side but it can take a toll on your soul and leave you tired, hungry, and less excited… that’s why its important to have a Realtor that brings you positive energy at the right time, knows when you need support, and is ready to roll up their sleeves if needed 💪

This very sweet family plans to stick together and they needed a bigger home to accommodate their kids being almost grown. I was lucky enough to get referred to them and we got them a new home under contract quickly. Then we had a very small window to get their current house ready, on the market, and sold to satisfy their home sale contingency. It was a rally 🏎️ and so was jumping houses the same day with three Uhauls! We priced and marketed their home correctly and got a solid contract quickly. I helped them understand and navigate buying new construction homes. And the rest is history 😎

Get with the best and leave the rest to the nest 🪺

Young couples like Eli and Kate give me a lot of hope. They set goals early, worked toward them with focus, got with the right Realtor (referred to me), and have successfully purchased their first home well below the average age of first time buyers 🏆 But that’s not all…. They communicated very effectively and often. They listened and were coachable. They didn’t hesitate to execute when they were well informed. They were funny and charismatic. And I have no doubt they will be nested quickly and probably have other little Eli’s/Kate’s running around soon 🐣

I had the pleasure of helping a wonderful couple purchase their lovely home in a very popular community for new retirees. They are very excited about their new home and lifestyle after working hard to earn their free-time 💯 Rob recently retired and Anita is finishing her last year of teaching school (which is why she isn’t pictured… she was at work still while Rob is already playing!). SOLD! ✅ Huge congrats to my friends on their successful sale and closing of their previous home today! After having to rent it for a year and do a bit of updating in a short timeframe prior to listing it last month, they were all smiles to get it wrapped up this morning!

Since moving to their really nice new home, they’ve both retired from the Military and they’re able to enjoy more time together with each other, their kiddos, and their family 🥰 They have worked extremely hard to create their own luck in this world and its paying off! I’ve been lucky to help them with their last four real estate transactions and its been an honor to serve them like they have our country and now in our community in their civilian roles.
