These past two weeks, our criminal defense attorney, Holly Nehls, defended a client in a first-degree murder jury trial. Over the course of the trial, Holly challenged the State’s case and fought for her client. As a result of her advocacy, the client was convicted of a lesser charge, and was acquitted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
