And Knoxville’s June market is giving us a pretty clear message: 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜.

2,129 homes sold in June, up 14.1% from this time last year, while another 2,031 homes went pending.

We also saw more inventory hit the market with 2,872 new listings, up 6.9% year over year.

But here’s where it gets interesting…

𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒍.

Median days on market climbed from 11.4 days last June to 20 days this June, while the median sales price still increased 3.3% to $390,000.
