A little appreciation for Macee from Admiral Title—beautiful inside and out, and someone who keeps her word! 💛

I left an event early, before the raffle prizes were drawn. Funny enough, I had a feeling I might win that prize 🏆—but wasn’t sure I’d still receive it if I wasn’t there!

Later, Macee called with the good news: I’d won! 🤩🎉She saved my prize and let me know I could pick it up later.

It may seem like a small gesture, but honesty and follow-through say so much about a person. Thank you, Macee, for being thoughtful, trustworthy, and making sure my lucky feeling had a happy ending! 🫶😊

A few weeks ago we visited the Furniture open house on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, where wonderful design consultant Fox welcomed us and gave us a tour of the showroom. She introduced us to the Design Partner Program and connected us with additional resources to help better support our Knoxville clients.

Second: What monthly cost feels comfortable? Think beyond the mortgage to taxes, insurance, and maintenance. A lender can help you understand your financing options.
