One of the biggest lessons I learned while earning my real estate license is that passing the state exam is only the beginning.

Pre-licensing education teaches important laws, rules, and ways to reduce risk—but it doesn’t fully prepare a new agent to confidently navigate contracts, negotiations, client relationships, and real-world transactions. That’s why choosing the right brokerage was so important to me. I didn’t want to earn my license and then be left to figure everything out alone.

I chose Keller Williams Realty in Knoxville because of its strong commitment to education, coaching, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. I’m surrounded by experienced professionals who are willing to answer questions, share their knowledge, and help newer agents grow with confidence.

I’m incredibly grateful for the supportive community I’ve found at KW. The training and guidance I receive help me continue developing the knowledge, skills, and judgment needed to serve my clients with care, integrity, and strategy.
