I routinely fight as a Guardian ad Litem, and as a parent's attorney, to prevent children entering states custody.

If you find yourself in a child and family team meeting without an attorney, its probably too late.

Anytime the Department says "Immediate Protection Agreement" (IPA) or Child and Family Team Meeting (CFTM), pertaining to your child, you need quick and competent counsel.
