Top producing agent! Ranch background. Professional horse trainer. Five kids. A dozen grandkids and counting. I've been outworking people before 9am my entire life. Real estate is just where I do it now. Rural land, ranch properties, luxury homes, lifestyle acreage. I sell it all and I sell it well. Call me lets chat.

Hi, I'm Shannan. Mom of 5, Mema of 12 (almost 13), barrel racer, and your real estate gal. I write offers from my truck, taking calls while cooling out a horse, and negotiate like your financial future depends on it. Because it does. If you want corporate cookie cutter and quiet, I'm not your gal. If you want someone who goes to war for you AND tells you the truth, then I'm your gal. Welcome home.
