Thank you everyone for your calls. We are still unsure when we will open we hope in the near future. Until then I have been advised of so things from PennDot that I would like to pass along. This will help you with any delays when we do open.
1. PennDot requires a Valid paper insurance card. This does not have to be on the car but the dates must cover the day you are doing the transfer it can not be in the future. It also must be a Physical copy no pictures on your phone.

2. A valid drivers license, the state has extended expired licenses but if you are going to do a title transfer you have to renew you ID first and get the picture none, before can do title work. A camera card will not be excepted.

3. We will only be able to allow the people who have sign the title in the office so please keep that in mind. We will have chairs in the lobby for you sit.

4. And finally please be Patient as we think the first week or so we will be very busy.

We have had several customers tell us that they had to pay a fee to renew their registration!! You should NOT have to pay a fee if you are renewing your registration online through penndot!! Make sure you are on the official penndot website not a 3rd party site!!
