We also serve clients in major Pennsylvania metropolitan areas, including Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh. It has been great having Nicco Diana back at O’Donnell Law Offices this summer.

On August 13, a Lackawanna County jury found a former Scranton Police Resource Officer guilty on 29 of 30 charges related to the abuse of students.

The case is a powerful reminder that students deserve protection — and survivors deserve justice.
