🚗 The law changed. Your injuries didn’t.

New York State has made it harder to bring a lawsuit after a car accident. One of the categories that was eliminated covered people who couldn’t perform their normal daily activities for 90 out of the 180 days following a crash.

But here’s the thing: those injuries didn’t disappear just because the law changed.
