So happy for my buyers on the closing of their beautiful new home! 🏡❤️
What a special turn of events—this transaction brought a little piece of small-town connection full circle! The seller was actually one of my buyer’s teachers in high school, and he was also a teacher to Carleton, their closing attorney! Talk about a small world! 😊

I am so unbelievably happy for my buyers and feel honored to have been a part of this exciting new chapter. Wishing them many years of happiness, love, and wonderful memories in their new home! 🥂🏡✨

Also love that I got to do this deal with the one I learned it all from ❤ I was Rita K. Hall, Realtor at Watson Realty Corp. apprentice crazy enough, over a decade ago! I had gotten married November of 2015 and started working with her Feb. of 2016!! That is just wild to me!

We forgot to post any pictures from last week, but we had a great time at a great event! Thank you to the Camden Charlton Association of REALTORS for putting on such a good time! Kaylee had the beginners luck at the blackjack table 😂 Amber Christian Knight and Brittany Michele Lewis did a fantastic job putting this together.
