Alex Morabito brings more than a decade of legal experience to the firm, with a strong focus on residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as estate planning and probate matters. Since beginning her career as a paralegal in 2013, she has guided clients through every stage of the real estate process, from contract to closings, handling title examinations, preparing key documents, managing trust accounts, and working closely with lenders, realtors, and attorneys to ensure transactions move smoothly and efficiently.
Alex is known for her attention to detail, organization, and approachable, client-focused style. She understands that buying or selling property and planning for the future are important life moments, and she works hard to make each experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible. She also spent time in property assessment and valuation, gaining a broader perspective and practical insight that further strengthens her real estate work. Returning to the legal field felt like coming home, and she is excited to continue building a long-term career serving clients with professionalism, care, and integrity.
A proud fifth-generation Vermonter, with her husband they are the proud parents of two young daughters, and two rescue dogs. Family is at the center of her life, and she loves watching her children grow and discover the world around them. Whether spending time outdoors, exploring new places, or enjoying music together, those moments mean everything to her. She looks forward to putting down roots, building lasting relationships, and becoming an active part of her new community.
