The Paths in Leadership Begin When We Choose to Get Involved !!

There is a moment when showing up becomes something more. You join a conversation. You volunteer for a committee. You accept a responsibility that stretches you. Somewhere along the way, a shift happens.

You begin to recognize that your perspective has value. Your voice can help shape a decision. Your experience can help someone else move forward. You begin to see yourself as someone who has something meaningful to contribute.

That is part of the opportunity Women’s Council of REALTORS® creates.

Through education, relationships, mentorship, and opportunities to serve, we gain space to practice leadership. We learn to ask thoughtful questions, listen with intention, and take responsibility. With each step, our confidence grows alongside our capacity to serve.

Our custom 2026 Growth Collection Mah Jong tiles were created exclusively for our Women’s Council of REALTORS® Central Texas Members and Strategic Partners as a small token of appreciation for everything you’ve brought to our network this year.

Growth. Leadership. Education. Sisterhood. Inspiration.

These aren’t just words on a tile. They represent so much of what we’ve experienced together throughout 2026—and the people who helped make it possible.

Just like Mah Jong, no single tile makes the game, and no single person builds a successful network. Every person brings something different to the table, and every contribution matters.

You don’t need to know the rules, recognize the tiles, or have any idea what you’re doing when you walk through the door. Beginners are absolutely welcome!

That’s part of the fun of A Seat at the Table. This afternoon is about learning something new, making connections, sharing a few laughs, and enjoying time with some pretty great people.

We’ll have friendly tables where you can learn as you play, plus a beautiful grazing table and warm appetizers to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

So don’t let “I don’t know how to play Mah Jong” keep you from joining us. Come anyway. We’ll teach you!
