Not every transaction is cut and dry. The difference is having a team that knows how to pivot, adapt, and keep moving forward when plans change.

I had the incredible honor of helping an extraordinary woman in her 90s close the sale of the home she and her husband purchased in 1974. They became the first Black family to own a home in the Seward Park community - a step that helped pave the way for future generations.
