Rado Law, PLLC

Rado Law, PLLC Community focused solo practice specializing in criminal defense and collaborative family law.

Permanently closed.

As a young lawyer I bring a lot of passion and energy to each case I handle. I am a true believer in law and justice, and I genuinely love the law. I run a growing, high-tech solo practice in the town I grew up in. My philosophy is that law should be community-focused, and to that end I try to make my own practice as responsive as possible to this community and the unique needs of its people. I be

lieve in understanding clients as people rather than legal issues, and that our context in life can tell us a lot about the solutions to our problems. In addition to learning about the things that brought you into my office, I'll want to get to know you on a human level so I can find the solution that works best for you. I pride myself on being approachable, compassionate, and having a strong sense of humor.

While the headline is misleading here, this story gives me hope. The point of this story is that this prosecutor knowingly withheld evidence from the defense that showed the innocence of the man he got convicted. That prosecutor has now been permanently disbarred. I believe our system is broken - but giving teeth to the rules that protect the accused will go a long way towards repairing it. But in the meantime - know your rights, and give us a call if you have any questions.

Today in Texas, former prosecutor and judge Ken Anderson pled guilty to intentionally failing to disclose evidence in a case that sent an innocent man, Michael Morton, to prison for the murder of his wife.
