We’re proud to feature our Operations Manager, whose dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping others make a lasting impact on both our clients and our team.

She attended Delaware County Community College and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and assist a diverse range of clients with care and understanding.

With more than 15 years of customer service experience, she built a strong foundation in helping people navigate important life matters. In 2015, she began her professional career in auto, home, and life insurance with local State Farm agents before joining Perna & Abracht, LLC in 2022.

Since joining the firm, she has continued her passion for supporting individuals and families during difficult and often life-changing times. As Operations Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while providing exceptional service to every client who walks through our doors.

Her connection to the community runs deep. Born in Mexico, she moved to Kennett Square at the age of 9 and quickly adapted to a new language and culture. Today, she uses that experience to help others facing similar transitions.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Together, they love hiking, watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and visiting loved ones in California.
