Hi all, I have just updated this page. I hope it is easier to message me regarding real estate questions. I answer all questions without obligation. I just enjoy answering. So, how is the market doing? Inventory is waaay down, so if we could put all the homes for sale in a room on a shelf, we would be about 1/2 to 2/3rds full. buyers are looking and either not finding what they are looking for due to not enough for sale, or if they do find what they are looking for, they have been paying over asking price. So, if you are looking to sell, now is the time. Pricing a home correctly is best. Homes priced correctly sell faster and often for more. Homes priced too high, well they take longer and go through several price reductions before they are sold. Always remember, it is the buyers who determine the selling price or basically what people are willing to pay for the home. When homes do not sell, it is usually due to 1) location, 2) condition, 3) price. Kathy
