The 2026 Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival & Fair is back and ready for another SWEET year, and this year's entertainment lineup is bringing two days of nonstop music, dancing, and South Louisiana culture to downtown New Iberia! September 24-27, the Hi-Sugar Festival returns with live entertainment, carnival rides, parades, great food, and a stacked music lineup that celebrates everything Louisiana is about.
