Now that we’ve officially stepped into July, we have a clear view of how the market wrapped up last month — and there are some big shifts worth noting!

📈 Active Listings jumped significantly from 6,976 in June 2024 to 9,843 in June 2025, a 41.1% increase. Buyers are seeing more options than they’ve had in quite a while!

💰 Average Sold Price saw a slight bump, up 0.9% year-over-year to $829,792, showing that while prices are holding steady, there’s still strong value in today’s market.

📊 Monthly Inventory also rose to 3.4 months, up from 2.6 months last year — a 30.8% increase, giving buyers a bit more breathing room and negotiation power.
