Another big win for our team!🏆We recently resolved a complex property and cell tower dispute for a valued client.

The matter involved intricate overlapping agreements, including a cell tower lease with a Right of First Refusal (ROFR), an easement, and a subsequent land contract conveyance. 📑 By meticulously reviewing all deeds, contracts, and associated conveyances, we identified a strategic path forward.🔍
