$1,048,000 RECOVERED FOR TWO INJURED CLIENTS

Brady Reilly & Cardoso, LLC is proud to announce that Partner Diane Cardoso, Esq. secured a combined $1.048 million settlement on behalf of two clients who were seriously injured when their vehicle was struck by a teenage driver traveling approximately 150 miles per hour.

One client sustained significant injuries to her neck that ultimately required cervical fusion surgery. Diane secured an $823,000 settlement on her behalf.

The second client sustained injuries to his neck and back requiring pain management treatment, as well as a shoulder tear for which surgery was recommended. His claim resolved for $225,000.

Together, the settlements resulted in a total recovery of $1,048,000 for our clients.

While no settlement can undo the pain and disruption caused by a serious collision, we are proud of Diane’s work in holding the responsible parties accountable and securing meaningful compensation for our clients.
