Founded in 1965, Brady Reilly and Cardoso, LLC is a premier civil litigation law firm specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice and professional negligence. Partner Diane Cardoso resolved a wrongful death case for $2,800,000 on behalf of a family following a tragic and fatal pedestrian collision outside Freehold Raceway.

The settlement includes $2.7 million from the insurance carrier for the driver’s employer and $100,000 from Freehold Raceway.

No amount of money can replace a husband, father, and grandfather. But we hope this resolution provides this family with a measure of accountability and closure.

We are honored that the family trusted our firm to stand with them during such a difficult time. At Brady Reilly & Cardoso, we remain committed to standing with families when negligence causes preventable tragedy.
