MO Appeals Court finds that possession of THC concentrate wax is not "ma*****na" & is therefore a controlled substance under Missouri law; making possession of it a felony.

'Tis the season of porch pirates. Be sure and keep an eye peeled for suspicious vehicles following Amazon or other shipping trucks in your neighborhood. Let the authorities know if you see anything questionable.

Your neighborhood watch is your best bet to discourage would-be thieves from choosing your locale to do their pilfering.

Weekly Interesting Case/Law

Knowing violations of MO's Sunshine Law (freedom of information act) in one case led to an attorney's fees award of over $200,000.

Hopefully the decision is a step towards more transparency in public entities.
