NEW WEEKLY WORKOUTS
1) 34min Reformer Dowel (Beginner)
This Inspired class challenges both balance and stability with transitions that work head to toe.
2) 19min Mat & Tone HIIT (Beginner)
This class uses a B***y Band and Dumbbells to deliver a full body, high intensity strength workout.
