Closing day finally arrived for my client Dawne! I am so happy we found a home in her budget, that checked all her boxes! The first home she has ever purchased all on her own!!💕

She came to me with her pre-approval already in hand from a lender I had never worked with before. Your lender really matters in real estate and I was anxious about using someone I hadn’t used in past. I was very pleasantly surprised when her lender, Matthew Borger, turned about to be a real gem! He was great to work with on this deal! The file had a bunch of unexpected twists and turns and I was worried for a minute it might not close. Matt was on top of everything the whole way! He worked his magic and not only got the file closed but my client received a check back from the title company for her previous earnest money deposit!! I will definitely recommend this lender to others in the future!
