So I just pulled into this new community in Katy… and this is one of those moments you don’t really want to miss.

It literally just opened.

You can tell — homes are still going up, models are just opening, and builders are just now releasing their floor plans.

And the builder out here is Pulte Homes… which if you know, you know.
They’re one of the biggest builders in the country, so this isn’t some random project.

This one I’m walking is the Iredell model:

But honestly… it’s not even just about the house.

David Weekely & Brookfield made a brand new product line and it’s been a big hit in elyson. Great price point.
