I went to the hospital for ONE notarization… and walked out realizing I may have just opened a whole new door for my business. 👀✨

This client found me through Thumbtack, and what I thought would be a simple mobile notary appointment turned into something I wasn’t expecting.

When I arrived, I learned they didn’t have a notary available on-site.

Appointment completed. ✅
Introductions made. 🤝
Business cards & pamphlets left behind. 📄
And now? I’m coming back with more information for their case management and social work teams. ❤️

THIS is why I keep showing up.

As a small business owner, I’m learning that not every opportunity is just about what you make from ONE appointment. Sometimes it’s about the relationship you build, the impression you leave, and the door that may open afterward.

I wasn’t expecting her reaction…🥹🤍

I made these small appreciation bags for the incredible staff at a local senior facility, not because I had to, but because kindness matters.

When I asked what she thought, she smiled and said:

Running a small business has taught me that marketing isn’t just about getting your name out there, it’s about finding creative ways to show people who you are. 🤍

Behind every notarization is preparation. 🤍

Today I put together informational pamphlets for a local senior living community that requested them. Also I made packets with extra notarial certificates (used only when legally appropriate), credible witness forms when permitted by law, and my business cards so families, and staff know where to turn when they need trusted notary services.

Being a mobile notary is about more than carrying a stamp, it’s about being organized, prepared, and ready to serve people during some of life’s most important moments.

I’m grateful for every opportunity to build relationships within our community and provide compassionate, professional service.
