Grateful is the word I keep coming back to after our year-end meeting yesterday.
Yesterday we had our year-end awards meeting with the Ken Hoover Real Estate Group, and I walked away feeling incredibly grateful.
This year I was honored to be recognized as one of the top agents on our team. It still feels a little strange to write that out loud, but I’m trying to do a better job of sharing the journey instead of staying quiet in the background.
This year I had the opportunity to help with 31 transactions. Each one represents trust, conversations, and families navigating big decisions. I don’t take that lightly.
I want to say thank you first and foremost to my clients. To those who trusted me, and to those who shared my name with friends, family, and coworkers. That kind of support means more than I can put into words.
Thank you to Ken for the incredibly thoughtful gift. He surprised me with a Montblanc pen, something I never would have bought for myself and one of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received. I’ll carry it with a lot of appreciation.
I’m also thankful for the support of this team and the opportunity to grow within it through PLACE, including the chance to participate in ownership at the platform level. Being aligned here has stretched me, supported me, and opened doors I’m genuinely excited about.
None of this happens without my family. They carry a lot when I’m out evenings, weekends, or mentally still at work. I’m deeply grateful for their patience and support.
If you’ve ever had questions about real estate, whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, or simply want to understand what your equity looks like without pressure or sales tactics, I’m always happy to help. We also have a simple market report that shares pricing and trends if you’d like to stay informed.
With the growth this year, I do have an ask.
I’m looking for a licensed agent who wants to partner with me as a showing partner, helping clients primarily in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends. If you’re an agent who isn’t happy with your current income or your current situation, it may be worth a conversation. I’m looking for help now, so please reach out if that’s you.
As I look toward 2026, I’m excited, motivated, and incredibly thankful.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey so far.
