WARNING! Missouri is a "hands free" state meaning you cannot hold or use an electronic device while operating your car. If cited and convicted, at a minimum, you will have 2 points placed on your driving record and pay over $200 in fine/court costs.

We are excited and ready to continue to provide legal assistance to anyone who has been harmed as a result of the negligence of another person/entity. We have been practicing in the area of personal injury litigation for more than 3 decades and love what we do. Our results over the years speak to our expertise and passion. Our goal is ALWAYS to secure our clients with every bit of justice available, and, of course, that typically comes in the form of a monetary award whether that be by settlement, a jury verdict or protecting a verdict on appeal.

Our firm also handles minor criminal matters (traffic or otherwise), worker’s compensation claims and probate/estate work – drafting wills/trusts, DPAs for business and DPAs for health care.

If you have a legal issue or matter that does not fall into these areas, please still feel free to call or email us. If we cannot assist you, we will help you find someone who can!!

Russ Dameron and Kathy Meier are pleased to announce that they have opened a new law firm in the Kansas City Northland. Russ and Kathy grew up in Gladstone and are both graduates of Oak Park High School and UMKC Law School. For the last thirty years they practiced law together in Midtown Kansas City with the firm of Watson & Dameron. Russ and Kathy are excited to now be practicing law in the Northland in the beautiful Clocktower Building, at 1201 NW Briarcliff Parkway, Suite 300, KCMO. Stop in and see them sometime!
