After a truck made an improper lane change and struck her vehicle in Blue Springs, our client developed persistent pain along with headaches, dizziness, brain fog, balance problems, and other symptoms associated with post-concussion syndrome. Her recovery included extensive physical therapy, neurological care, diagnostic imaging, and pain-management treatment.

Our team investigated the crash, reviewed the police findings, and gathered medical evidence showing how her injuries progressed over time. We secured a $100,000 settlement on her behalf.

After being attacked by a neighbor’s dog in Lee’s Summit, she required surgery and months of occupational therapy. The injuries affected her ability to work, manage everyday tasks, and enjoy activities she loved, while the trauma also led to ongoing anxiety and emotional distress.

Our team investigated the attack, gathered evidence of the lasting impact of her injuries, and advocated with the insurance company to secure a $180,000 settlement. The resolution also included the installation of a new, safer fence between the neighboring properties.
